How we help

Support built around your health.

Beckside Pharmacy supports adults living with obesity who want to lose weight safely and maintain healthier habits. The team will work with you to agree goals that matter to you.

The service includes a face-to-face consultation, eligibility check, treatment advice and ongoing clinical support where suitable.

Online booking: a dedicated Weight Management booking option is coming soon. The existing 15-minute virtual consultation is not the Weight Management assessment.

Treatment choices

Clinically guided options.

Your pharmacist will help you choose the option that is safe and appropriate for you.

Weight-loss injections

Clinically appropriate medicine may help reduce appetite and support portion control. It is supplied only after a pharmacist confirms suitability.

Weight-loss tablets

Tablet treatment may be considered following the same clinical assessment and discussion of expected benefits, limitations and side effects.

Ongoing support

Regular reviews cover progress, lifestyle, side effects, dose changes, storage, missed doses and safe sharps disposal where relevant.

Price guide: costs depend on the medicine, dose and availability, and are confirmed by the pharmacist during your consultation. Treatment is supplied only after clinical assessment confirms suitability.
