Tell us when something has not gone right.
We are committed to safe, high-quality care. Raising a concern will never affect the care you receive.
Talk to us first
Many concerns can be resolved quickly. Speak to a member of our team or ask for the pharmacist in store.
How to make a formal complaint
You can complain in person, by phone on 01751 476968, by email at info@becksidepharmacy.co.uk, or by writing to Beckside Pharmacy, Beckside, Maltongate, Thornton-le-Dale, Pickering, YO18 7RJ.
Please tell us what happened and when, who was involved if known, your contact details and what you would like us to do to put things right.
What happens next
We aim to acknowledge complaints within three working days and provide a full response within twenty working days. If an investigation needs longer, we will explain why and keep you updated.
Complaining for someone else
We will normally need written consent from the person concerned before sharing information with you, unless they cannot provide it.
If you remain dissatisfied

Concerns about a pharmacy or pharmacy professional can be raised with the General Pharmaceutical Council at pharmacyregulation.org or 020 3713 8000.
